THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THE HAGUE QUALITY WATER SWEEPSTAKES
1. This promotion (“Sweepstakes”) is being conducted by Hague Quality Water, 4343 S. Hamilton Road, Groveport, Ohio 43125 (“Hague”). It is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older and who are residents of the United States and Puerto Rico.

2. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. All entrants must complete an official entry form, which can be obtained: at participating Hague Quality Water dealers; by sending a hand printed, self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to Hague Quality Water Sweepstakes, Attn: Request for Entry Form, P.O. Box 298, Groveport, OH 43125 (Residents of AL and WA only need not affix postage to self-addressed envelope), or via Hague’s website at www.haguewater.com. All entries must be received by September 20th. Give or mail the entry forms to your local participating Hague Quality Water dealer, or return it to Hague at Hague Quality Water Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 298, Groveport, Ohio 43125. There is a limit of one entry per household. The winner will be notified by regular U.S. mail.

3. The approximate odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 750,000. The actual odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received. The Sweepstakes starts September 21st. The Grand Prize winner will be determined by random drawing on or around September 30th of the next year. The value of the Grand Prize is equal to or less than $5,000.00. The Grand Prize winner will receive one of the following: a new John Deere Riding Lawn Mower Model LX 277 (or model of equal value) with a current retail value of $3,999.00; Polaris All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Model Xplorer 250 4x4 (or model of equal value) with a current retail value of $4,669.00; or $5,000.00 U.S. cash paid in one lump sum. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes incurred with regard to the Grand Prize.

4. By submitting an entry, each contestant acknowledges that Hague and its dealers shall have the right to publicize, use and/or broadcast the information contained in an entry, as well as the contestant’s name, likeness, voice, the fact that the contestant won a prize, and all other similar matters.

5. Hague reserves the right to change or modify the Sweepstakes rules. The current version of the Sweepstakes rules will be posted at Hague’s website: www.haguewater.com

6. For name and address of winner of the Grand Prize, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Hague Quality Water Sweepstakes, Attn: Request for Name and Address of Winner, P.O. Box 298, Groveport, Ohio 43125.

7. All contestants and the winner of the Grand Prize release Hague, its dealers, suppliers, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees or advertisers from any liability incurred in connection with this Sweepstakes or the Grand Prize.

8. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
